Finishing loose ends

Step 1
With the wrong side of the work facing you, thread a darning needle with yarn of the same color you're using to knit.

Step 2
Insert the needle from top to bottom through the horizontal loops formed in each row.

Step 3
Repeat the previous step, this time inserting the needle from bottom to top.

Step 4
Repeat this process several times, using the same tension as you used for knitting.

Step 5
Use the same technique for both bind-off rows and for mid-row stitches.
