How long does the delivery take to arrive? What methods of shipping do you use?

The estimated time is 24-72 hrs, depending on the final delivery address. The transport agency that will deliver your order is Correos Express.

 If you have placed your order before 3 pm, it will be fulfilled and shipped the same day. From 3 pm onwards, it will be processed the following workday. When Correos Express picks up the package, you will be notified by email or SMS. Later on, you will receive another notification with the tracking number for the delivery and options to change the address. The agency will carry out two delivery attempts.

Will you notify me before delivering my order?

You will receive an email from The Lanners informing you that your order has been shipped. Following this, you will receive another email with a link to the tracking for your delivery by Correos Express, where you will be able to consult the status of the delivery at all times. We cannot guarantee that they will notify you of the exact moment of delivery, since this depends on Correos Express.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

I just made a purchase, but I want to cancel it or change a product. What should I do?

If you placed your order before 2 pm and you get in contact with us before this time, you can carry out a change/cancellation of the products before they are shipped. If it is later than that, it has already been shipped, so you must wait until you receive your order and then get in touch with us.

I haven’t received what I purchased or there is an item missing in my order.

Oh, we’re sorry to hear that! Please get in contact with our team at hello@thelanners.com and they will help you to manage the incident. It would help us if, along with the email you send us, you attach photos of the damaged products you have received.

I don’t like the colour of the product I’ve purchased. Can I change it?

At The Lanners, you have 14 days from the day you received your order to return any product. If there’s something you’re not fully satisfied with during this period, you can return it and carry out a new purchase of the colour you prefer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The CUSTOMER has a period of fourteen calendar days, starting from the date of receipt of the product, to exercise the right of withdrawal. If The Lanners does not comply with the duty of information and documentation on the right of withdrawal, the period for the exercise thereof shall end twelve months after the expiry date of the initial period of withdrawal (Article 71 of Law 3/2014, of 27 March).

The right of withdrawal may not be applied in the following cases:

  1. If the packaging of the product is not the original packaging or is not in perfect condition, The Lanners may charge the cost of the packaging. The original packaging should protect the product such that it is received in perfect condition; it is prohibited to use seals or adhesive tape applied directly to the product so as to avoid replacement costs.
  1. If the product has been opened and it is not possible to prove that it has not been used.
  1. The supply of sealed goods that may not be returned for health and hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  1. The supply of products that, after the delivery thereof and bearing in mind their nature, have been inextricably mixed with other goods.

All returns should be communicated to The Lanners by requesting a returns number via email to hello@thelanners.com, indicating the corresponding invoice or order number.

In the event that the return is not carried out with the original packaging supplied upon delivery, The Lanners may charge the cost of this packaging to the CUSTOMER, providing prior notification thereof via the same communication channel already used.

Any incident shall be attributable to the party responsible for said incident. The Lanners shall bear the costs of any incidents that are caused directly by The Lanners.
