Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

The Lanners is the DATA CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER’s personal data and it informs you that this data shall be processed in conformity with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

For what purpose do we process your personal data and why?

Depending on the form in which we obtained your personal data, we will process it confidentially for the following purposes:

  • Promoting product and services offers to customers and potential customers that may be of interest to them.
  • Performing administrative, tax and accounting management for our customers and/or suppliers.

What type of data do we store on you and how have we obtained it?

 The categories of personal information that we process related to customers and suppliers are:

For how long will we store your personal data?

The personal data related to natural persons associated with potential customers, current customers and suppliers that we collect via the various contact forms and/or information gathering shall be stored until the deletion of said data is requested by the data subject, and for no longer than necessary for upholding the purpose of the processing, or if there are legal stipulations that dictate the storage thereof and, when no longer necessary for this purpose, it shall be deleted using appropriate security measures to guarantee the anonymisation of the data or the total destruction thereof.

 In any event, we may keep your personal information for a period of time deemed reasonably necessary, taking into account our need to respond to queries that may be asked of us or to resolve problems, carry out improvements, implement our services or fulfil requirements as demanded by the applicable legislation.

To whom to we provide your personal data?

 No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen, except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, to our service providers vis-à-vis communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processor contracts required by privacy regulations currently in force.

What are your rights as a data subject in the processing of your data?

 The rights granted to the USER are:

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, and of limitation of or to object to the processing thereof.
  • The right to file a complaint before the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you deem that the processing does not comply with the regulations in force.

It should also be noted that the USER may at any point exercise the aforementioned rights by contacting us in writing using the contact information of the data controller, enclosing a copy of their ID card.

In accordance with the provisions set out in Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on E-Commerce and Information Society Services, we commit not to send commercial information if you have so requested.

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

 The USERS, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to fulfil their request, by the service provider, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER hereby guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes thereto.
